At 1Matrix, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and transparent. This policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Users subscribed to an annual plan can request cancellation anytime from their dashboard.
  • If you decide to discontinue within the first 45 days of your subscription:
    • You will be eligible for a partial refund.
    • We will deduct charges equivalent to 4 months of service (regardless of actual usage), and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • After 45 days, cancellation is allowed but no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is reviewed and approved.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment source only.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any cancellation request made after 45 days for annual subscriptions will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be given for downtime, unused features, or temporary technical issues.
  • Partial month usage under monthly plans is not refundable.
