Cancellation and Refund Policy

At 1Matrix, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and transparent. This policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month.
Annual Subscriptions
- Users subscribed to an annual plan can request cancellation anytime from their dashboard.
- If you decide to discontinue within the first 45 days of your subscription:
- You will be eligible for a partial refund.
- We will deduct charges equivalent to 4 months of service (regardless of actual usage), and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- After 45 days, cancellation is allowed but no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is reviewed and approved.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment source only.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Any cancellation request made after 45 days for annual subscriptions will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be given for downtime, unused features, or temporary technical issues.
- Partial month usage under monthly plans is not refundable.
